The Kolossi Castle was built in the XIII century by Guy de Lusignan, the king of the the crusader state of Jerusalem. The castle is located 10 kilometers from Limassol in Kolossi village. It was rebuilt in the XV century and has not changed since then.
Now the Kolossi Castle is a museum which includes the castle surrounded by a garden and a sugar factory built in the Middle Ages by Knights Hospitaller.
There is an observation deck on the top of the tower (the height is 21 meters).
