Pictures of the Kourion Archaeological Site & Temple of Apollo Hylates, Limassol, Cyprus

This is a photo review of the Kourion Archaeological Site & Temple of Apollo Hylates - open-air museums in Kourion village, Limassol, Cyprus. The ancient city of Kourion was founded in the II century BC. Today the old amphitheatre, where concerts and perfomances take place, is recovered. The mosaic floors at the House of Eustolios are very popular among tourists. The Kourion Bay beach is located next to the ancient city.

Temple of Apollo Hylates is a sanctuary located 2,5 kilometers from Kourion. On the territory of the complex visitors can see remains of ancient sanctuaries and later Roman buildings.
