Parc André Citroёn is located on the left bank of Seine, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The park was built on the territory of a former Citroën automobile manufacturing plant and is named after the founder of the company.
There are greenhouses with tropical plants, landscape gardens and a reflecting pool at the park. Since 1999 a big tethered helium balloon with visitors has been rising above Paris (the starting point is at the park).
