The Zurab Tsereteli Museum of Modern Art was opened in 2012 on the Rustaveli Avenue in a former Cadet Corps. The building was renovated to house the museum exhibition, but the historical facade has been preserved.
A main part of the museum collection consists of the works by Zurab Tsereteli: paintings, sculptures, and installations. Temporary exhibitions of other artists take place here, also there is an art studio for children, and a small cafe.
