The Ethnographic Museum in Budapest was founded in 1872.
It features the collection of folk art and objects from the XIX century, including furniture, boats, pottery, clothes and other items. Temporary exhibitions dedicated to the culture of different countries are also held here.
Since 3 December 2017 the museum is going to be closed for undefined period due to removal.
