The Museum of Applied Arts in Budapest was founded in 1872.
Unique objects from Hungary and other European countries - clothes, textile, ceramics, jewelry, glass, porcelain, family jewels and other items are exhibited here. The oldest objects are from the XVI century.
Temporary exhibitions, family events and contemporary art workshops are held at the museum.
Due to renovation, the museum is closed until 2021.
