The Masada ancient fortification is located on the top of one of the rocks in the Judaean Desert and overlooks the Dead Sea. It is possible to reach the fortress on foot or be the funicular, while the popular rout for going down is called the Snake Path.
A lot of ancient buildings - baths, a water reservoir, a synagogue and many others are located at the fortress.
