The Temple Mount is an ancient square, surrounded by high (up to 45 meters) walls, located in the Old City of Jerusalem. It is believed that the First and the Second Temples of Jerusalem were located at the Mount long time ago.
Now the Mount houses the al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.
