Photos of the Øresund Aquarium in Helsingør, where fish and other underwater inhabitants of the Øresund strait live. The aquarium is very small, it occupies only three rooms. At the entrance there is a cash desk, a souvenir shop and a sensory aquarium where visitors can touch sea stars, crabs, sea anemones, etc. Then there are two more rooms with thematic aquariums. Employees of the aquarium are happy to answer questions from visitors.

This is our photoreview of the Kronborg Castle, which is the famous home of Shakespeare's Hamlet and a UNESCO site in Helsingør. Sweden right across the Sound and ferries run back and forth every 15 minutes. In and around the castle there are plenty of picnic areas. There are also cafes and playgrounds for children. It is possible to go swimming or even fishing right by the walls of the castle.

The museum (Museet for Søfart) is located next to the "Hamlet Castle", at the narrowest point of the Straits of Øresund in the Danish town of Helsingør. Ferries to the city of Helsingor in Sweden depart every 15 minutes, making up to 125 trips per day. The Helsingor-Helsingborg ferry line is one of the busiest international automobile crossings in the world.

Experimentarium in Copenhagen reopened in 2016. The museum underwent full reconstruction after a tragic fire ruined its building. Today, kids come here to touch, switch on, sniff, listen to, and make scientific experiments with any of the 300 permanent exhibits and learn through playing.

The museum contains a large collection of paintings and sculptures from the XX century, works by such authors as Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Anselm Kiefer, Alberto Giacometti, Pablo Picasso, Francis Bacon, Max Ernst, Henry Moore, as well as some pieces by the Russian avant-garde artists.

 

There is a sculpture garden around the museum. There is also the Children's Wing, where children with their parents can create, a Room of Fairy Tales, and a computer room. The museum holds a number of creative workshops.

Other parks are located in Germany, England and USA. The Legoland in Billund is usually open since April until the end of October. The season ends with a big show and fireworks.

There are 8 theme zones for children of different ages at the park: Miniland, DUPLO Land, Imagination Zone, LEGOREDO Town, Pirate Land, Kinght's Kingdom, Adventure Land and LEGO City.
