The Helsinki Conservatory of Music, "Musical Kindergarten" and a singing school for children from birth and teens, Finland

The Helsinki Conservatory of Music, or Helsingin Konservatorio, offers various music classes for babies from 3 months and teenagers. Studying includes three stages:

- "Musical kindergarten" - Musiikkileikkikoulu: these are family groups (for babies from 3 months) and kid's classes (2-7 years). They include singing, playing, moving and various forms of exploring classical and folk music. The lessons develop a sense of rhythm and melody, and creativity.

- Preparatory education for children of 5-8 years old, who are planning to enter music schools. In particular, kids are helped to choose the musical instrument which they will specialize on.

- Youth singing school for teens from 11 years old: choir and solo singing.
