The Semaforo Railway Layout Museum (Kouvolan Pienoisrautatiemuseo) in Kouvola strives to collect, preserve, research and interpret the traditions and technologies of Model railways, and the Railway History of Kouvola. Visitors can see how the trains run upside down, see a model of the ICE High-Speed-train, discover the history of railway modeling, get to be a locomotive drivers, and see how restoration work is done.

The Onkapannu cafe is open at the museum. The museum is located near the Kouvola railway station in an old wooden building, which used to be the First primary school only for Children of Railway workers, around the year 1900 in Kouvola.
