The Howe Sound and Seal Colony at Palm Rocks in Vancouver, Canada 157
Show on map
The Howe Sound is a network of fjords northwest of Vancouver. It is possible to go on a boat trip from Vancouver and see the Seal Colony at Palm Rocks.
Regular ferry service is offered between Vancouver and five terminals: Bowen Island, Gambier Island, Langdale, Keats Island and Horseshoe Bay.
Tours to the Anvil Island (Anvil Island) include a visit to the seal colony (Seal Colony at Palm Rocks).
The Howe Fjords area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities: fishing, swimming, hiking and mountain trekking, diving, kayaking, windsurfing and sailing.
These photos were taken on a family trip to British Columbia in Canada in June of 2017. Natalie and Dmitry visited Lake Luise in Banff National Park, stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, visited the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, and rode the Carode Whistler Peak 2 Peak 360 Experience cable car and the Rocky Mountaneer tourist train.
