The Frilandsmuseet museum in the open air is located in the north-west of Copenhagen, in Kongens Lyngby.
In the village-museum visitors can enter old farm houses, a school, a church, a mill and watch a performance in the theatre. Workshops, where craftsmen do some traditional things, are also open for the guests of the village.
There are trolleys for little kids in the museum.
Some dishes in the restaurant are made according to old-time recipes. Also there are a few places for picnics and a souvenir shop on the territory of the museum.
