The Danish LegoLand opened in 1968 in Billund, the centre of Jutland peninsula in 250 kilometers from Copenhagen. The park is divided in 8 thematic zones:
- the Miniland;
- the Adventure Land;
- the Duploland;
- the Imagination Zone;
- the Legoredo Town;
- the Knights Kingdom;
- the Pirate Land;
- the Polar Land.
There are cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops in the park. The visitors can stay at the Lego Hotel 4*; for the hotel guests the admission to the LegoLand is free.
