The Kiviõli Adventure Centre is built around an old shale mining hill. The hill is divided into two parts: a ski slope with downhill trails and lifts, a snowboard park, and a snowtubing run on one side, and the Motocross centre on the other side.
In the summer, the ski slope transforms into running, downhill and mountain vehicles tracks. There is also a 700-metre-long zip-line. The Motocross centre hosts Estonia’s first world championship course, which is 1,950 metres long, has a 26 metres drop, and is well equipped. The two-day Kiviõli Motocross Festival is regularly held here.
The Kiviõli Adventure Centre also has the following:
- gravity racing course,
- buggy safari,
- Tuhamäe Hostel,
- Hill Cafe,
- a frisbee golf course,
- meeting room and sauna,
- kids play area,
- equipment rental center.
