The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is the central street of Paris in the 8th arrondissement that runs between the Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe.
The avenue is considered to be one of the most expensive in Europe. There are a lot of cafes and shops here. Every year on the 14th of July the military parade takes place on the avenue. It is also the of the final stage of the Tour de France cycling race.
