Poti, seaport, town in Western Georgia

Poti is a small town and seaport located on the Black Sea, in place of the ancient city of Phasis. The Poti Cathedral and park, the Museum of Colchis Culture, and the Poti Tower (which was part of a Turkish fortress) can be found here.

 The beaches of Maltakva and Ureki are located not far from Poti, as well as the Kolkheti National Park and the Paliastomi lake.
