Yad Vashem is the Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Authority and Museum, located on the western slope of the Herzl Mountain in Jerusalem. The exposition shows historical documents and original artefacts related to the persecution of European Jews in the XX century, labor camps and concentration camps.
The exposition is chronological. The last hall of the museum is called the Hall of Names - it is a repository for the Pages of Testimony of millions of Holocaust victims.
The museum complex includes an open exposition, the Learning Center, the Art Museum, the Visual Center, the Synagogue, the Children’s Memorial and the Exhibitions Pavilion.
Сhildren under the age of 10 are not allowed to enter the museum. Please check the working hours at the official website.
