The National Monument to Victor Emmanuel II (Vittoriano) is located on the the Capitoline Hill in Rome. There is the museum of Italian Unification in the base of the monument.
Visitors can also take an elevator and go to the top of the structure to enjoy the panoramic view of the city from the observation deck.
