The Turtle Fountain, Fontane delle Tartarughe, Rome, Italy 1 325
The Turtle Fountain is located in Piazza Mattei in Rome.
The monument was created in the XVIth century in late Italian Renaissance style; turtles, however, were added another 100 yeas later, during the reconstruction of the fountain.
