Photos of the Øresund Aquarium in Helsingør, where fish and other underwater inhabitants of the Øresund strait live. The aquarium is very small, it occupies only three rooms. At the entrance there is a cash desk, a souvenir shop and a sensory aquarium where visitors can touch sea stars, crabs, sea anemones, etc. Then there are two more rooms with thematic aquariums. Employees of the aquarium are happy to answer questions from visitors.

We visited the Tropikariet zoo and aquarium in March of 2018 and found it an absolutely must visit place in Helsingborg. We loved seeing the animals up closed and learning about them, we loved the aquariums with fish that we could touch, we loved the fact that kids can run around, crawl and climb in special zones. There are some free parking spots, a cafe and a souvenir shop.

The National Zoological Garden is open all the year round, it covers an area of about 20 hectares. 430 animal species (about 3 000 animals, excluding insects and invertebrates) live in the zoo. In Tropical House and a Terrarium visitors can observe the life of insects, tropical amphibians, reptiles, nocturnal animals, snakes, crocodiles and lizards.
