The Kids Friendly Business Award 2015 has been granted to 49 companies from Russia, Ukraine, Finland and Estonia.
49 winners from four countries and more that 20 cities were announced at the sixth annual Kids Friendly Business Award ceremony, which took place on February 17th 2016, at the Sirius Sport Resort (Finland, Pyhtää).
The Kids Friendly Business Award is a mark of recognition, given to companies in honor of their special contribution to the development of the market of kids-friendly services. The award was founded by the editorial team of KidsReview.ru and FamilyWithKids.com in 2010. Winners are selected by editors, based on their expert knowledge of the market and a unique database of kids-friendly organizations.
Representatives of the award-winning companies present at the ceremony, shared stories of their success, as well as their challenges and goals, and indicated the fields in which they are open to cooperation with colleagues from the industry. Three more presentations were also made at the ceremony: Mr. Juha Henriksson (Chief of Education in the City of Kotka) spoke about the education system in Finland, Ms. Petra Cranston and Mr. Sergey Troshkov (both representatives of the Cursor Oy regional agency) shared insights on the Old Port of Kotka project and the possible ways of cooperation with the Kotka-Hamina region.
