Images of the Gyeongbokgung palace in the North of Seoul, South Korea

This is a photo-review of the Gyeongbokgung palace located in the North Seoul, South Korea. The complex was built in 1394 and repaired many times after construction. The main building are the imperial throne room and the Gyeonghoeru pavilion in the middle of the artificial lake.

The guard mount ceremony of the Joseon dynasty guards is held at the gates of the palace.
