Colegio Internacional SEK el Castillo Madrid is a private school that belongs to the network of SEK schools. The school accepts children aged 3 to 18.

Instruction is provided in two languages: English and Spanish, but students also learn German, Chinese and French. The educational process is built in accordance with the Spanish system of education and the international baccalaureate program (International Baccalaureate, IB). The international baccalaureate program is based on the idea of ​​helping the students develop self-study skills.

The school has a mentoring system. The knowledge of students is regularly evaluated, and the results are communicated to parents.

Enrollment requirements:
- a personal interview with the school leaders (the interview is conducted with both the child and the parents);
- provision of the students academic record, his/her creative and sporting achievements;
- all applicants (except for preschoolers) have to pass an English language exam (other subjects as well, as requested by the school);
- provision of documents confirming the student's completion of the compulsory secondary education (when entering a senior school - Bachillerato).
