Photo-review of the Barcelona Zoo, Spain

This is a photo review of the Barcelona zoo, Spain. If you come to Barcelona with kids, be sure to visit the zoo. It is located at the Citadel park and it is really huge, you can easily spend here all day.

All kinds of animals children learn about from Korney Chukovsky's poems are here: lions, tigers, leopards, giraffes, monkeys, parrots and a hippo. There are also less exotic animals such as bears, wolves, deers and other at the zoo. Peacock peacefully walk around the trails at the park. Teens can spend some time at the big terrarium.

The zoo is particularly proud of its dolphinarium, where shows, free for the visitors, take place every day.

One can travel around the zoo by train or by small car. There are a lot of cafes and tables everywhere, guests are also allowed to bring food with them and make a picnic. Kids can visit a farm with domestic animals - cows, sheep, horses, pigs, goats and rabbits.
