The Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens in Oxfordshire is a home to giraffes, camels, lions, monkeys, penguins, crocodiles, turtles, lemurs, kangaroos, tapirs, wolves, flamingos, rhinos, zebras, leopards, red pandas, lamas, ostriches and other animals and birds; there is a mini farm with pets, gardens and a greenhouse.
Every day, visitors can witness the feeding of animals, and from April to October - ride a train on the narrow-gauge railway through the park. The park has a playground with a children's rope park, a gift shop, a restaurant and a picnic area. In the warmer months, there are kiosks with drinks, sweets and ice cream. Guided tours are offers to kindergarten and school groups. Children from 7 to 11 years old can try themselves as animal caretakers through special classes (prior registration is required, the schedule is posted on the zoo's website). There is free parking.
