The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown was founded in 1939 by the owner of local hotel. Now the museum exhibits thousands of objects related to the history of baseball: photographs, equipment, video and audio materials.
Temporary exhibitions and family events are also held at the museum.
