The New York Transit Museum is located inside the Court Street station (a former subway station in Brooklyn). Visitors can see historical artifacts of the New York City Subway, buses, rails, tunnel systems, old ticket barriers and other objects. Interactive excursions for kids are held at the museum.
Children's birthday parties can ge held at the museum. Kids have to be between 3 and 11 years old, the flat rate fee includes up to 30 guests, 2 museum staff members (dedicated exclusively to the party and your guests), exclusive use of R-42 Gallery space, a special, kid- and adult-friendly interactive guided tour or Scavenger Hunt of the Museum, craft activity, set-up and clean-up assistance.
