Historical park and botanic garden Waimea Valley is located on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. It has more than 5000 kinds of tropical and subtropical plants including native and endangered Hawaiian plants. Also there are plants from Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Central and South America and other places.
Waimea Valley is devided onto different zones (gardens). There is a small waterfall where visitors can swim.
Also Waimea Valley is a home for wild animals and birds and because of that domestic pets are not allowed here.
