The museum is free, it is located in the oldest stone building of Helsinki, but it is so very modern, neat design. Awesome virtual reality "time machine" exhibit, the children's play town is fun. There is a nice backyard terrace, a chill out zone on the first floor. The museum is in the very center of Helsinki, very accessible! Easy to spend 2-3 hours here with kids of any age.
