The City Museum of Helsinki, Kaupunginmuseo Helsinki, is located in the center of the city, not far from the Senate Square. The exhibition Helsinki Horizons shows the history of the city of Helsinki throughout time. The Kino Engel movie theater plays documentaries about the history of Helsinki (most of the films are in Finnish, but once a month there are sessions in Swedish, and English documentaries are shown on Saturdays in June, July and August). Admission is free for everybody.
