The cultural Finlayson expocenter in Tampere was built on the territory of the former weaving factory. The complex includes the Finnish Labour Museum with the Textile Industry Museum and the Steam Engine Museum, the Spy Museum, the Himmelblau and TR-1 art-galleries, the Megazone lazertag, the Plevna Finnkino cinema, a business center, as well as cafes and restaurants.
There are several paid parking lots on the territory of the complex.
