The Lähteen Public Sauna is the oldest of the working saunas in Helsinki. It was opened in the 1880s. The sauna was built for the staff and patients of the Lapinlahti hospital. The hospital became a museum in 2007, and the historic hospital park is a resting place today.
Lähteen Sauna is located in 100 meters from the beach. Sauna can be rented for private events.
