The Lohionginta Korpikeidas center has a petting zoo (with over 100 animals), offers fishing from a clear pond, and smoked salmon for sale.

It is also possible to rent a space for holding a private party (seats up to 36 people, has a kitchen, a fireplace, sound and video systems, and a pool table. In the petting zoo it is possible to see sheep, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, chipmunks, turkeys, pigeons, emus, pigs and other animals. The center is open all year round, but the petting zoo is only open from mid May to mid September. Ticket sales stop an hour before closing time.
