Löyly, a traditional Finnish sauna, restaurant, bar, cafe, and lounge at the waterfront in Helsinki, Finland 2 190
Show on map
Löyly is a beautifully designed (with sustainable business and green construction in mind) traditional Finnish sauna, restaurant, bar, cafe, and lounge with a terrace at the Baltic Sea waterfront in Helsinki.
The public sauna can welcome a limited number of guests at a time, so it is advised to book the 2-hour-long sauna sessions in advance. Visitors get a locker, a towel, a seat cover, soap and shampoo. It is possible to go swimming in the sea all year round.
There are separate locker and shower rooms for ladies and gentleman, but the sauna is common, so bathing suites are a must. Swimwear can be rented from Löyly. There is also a smaller private sauna for groups, which can be rented for 2 hours or more.
The sea level terrace with a lot of outdoor seating is open during the restaurant operating hours. There is also a seating area on the roof. The cafeteria is more liberal and serves bagels, cakes, cinnamon buns and a variety of drinks and coffees.
The whole complex or parts of it can be reserved for private occasions.
