The Repovesi National Park is located in Southeastern Finland, near Kouvola. The park offers hours of scenic walking paths, many suitable for families with children.

There are numerous picnic and camping areas, the striking Lapinsalmi Bridge, and a neat hand-pulled ferry that makes crossing the water an adventure in itself. The park amenities include free parking, dry toilets, and a kayak rental point by the lake. Repovesi or Repoveden kansallispuisto is located in about a 2-3-hour drive from Helsinki. Please note that the Ketunlossi hand-operated pull ferry closes for winter.
