The park consists of two parts: the evergreen rhododendrons in the southern part, and the seasonal azaleas in the northern part (on the other side of the power line). The peak of flowering for both rhododendrons and azaleas occurs at the beginning of June. Sometimes, azaleas bloom continues in the second half of summer.
The park is situated in a pine forest, along which sandy paths and wooden platforms are laid. Pine trees create a natural canopy for flowering plants. The park has information signs and picnic tables.
