The Sinebrychoff Villa or Sinebrychoff Mansion is situated on the Karhusaari island in Espoo and houses the Karhusaari Art Centre. The Renaissance-style villa is the only surviving 19th-century urban farm in the capital region.

Karhusaari was an urban farm with its own fields, meadows, and fruit gardens. It was also a splendid leisure place for ladies and gentlemen of the social circle, with swimming rooms, glass verandas, curved double staircases, hunting rooms and tiled stoves.

Today the island is open to the public has a sandy beach, a park, a beach walkway, and a sea pier. The villa can be rented for private events. Various exhibitions and events are also held at the art center. There is a limited number of parking spaces on the island.
