Stoa is a multilingual and international cultural center, located near Helsinki's Itäkeskus. In addition to performances, Stoa hosts the Itäkeskus Library, courses organised by the Finnish and Swedish Adult Education Centres, the Kipinä Youth Activity House, as well as art classes for kindergarten and school groups.

There are also activities and programs for stay-at-home kids aged 0-6. During the school holidays, leisure-time courses are offered to children and adults. Cafe Stoa serves North African food.
