The Tietomaa interactive museum is located not far from Oulu city centre. The permanent exposition shows more than 150 interactive objects which demonstrate physical and chemical laws.
There is also a 3D cinema, a viewing platform located at the height of 45 meters and a restaurant on the territory of the museum. Temporary exhibitions and other events are regularly held here.
Admission is free for children under 6 (accompanied by an adult older than 15).
