The Valkmusa National Park, located on the Kymijoki river, contains more than 30 types of wetlands, inhabited by rare birds and butterflies. There is a wooden trail 2.3 km long for hiking. Tourists can make panoramic photos and watch the birds from the natural towers.

In winter, skiing is the best way to get access to all parts of the park.

Entrance to the park is free.
