Photo review of the Häme Medieval Fair 2017 at Hämeenlinna, Finland

Our photo-review of the Häme Medieval Fair 2017 at Hämeenlinna (or the Häme Castle), which regularly takes place in August. The event traditionally attracts admirers of the Middle Ages (many of whom are kids): there are workshops, music, food, crafts, magicians, merchants etc.

Medieval fights and tournaments are staged daily according to schedule, and the Häme Castle is open for all throughout the festival. The Häme Medieval Fair has a very special romantic, magical, and free-spirited atmosphere, and it is a family-friendly event.
