The German or the Deutsches Museum is the largest museum of natural science and technology in the world. There are about 28 000 exhibits representing more than 50 branches of science.
Collections are dedicated to shipbuilding, aviation, space and nuclear energy. There is a life-sized model of a mine, a Wright brothers plane, and a submarine.
For preschoolers, there is the Children's Kingdom Hall, where kids can conduct experiments with water, control a fire engine, and play the giant guitar.
