From June 10 until September 10 of 2017, the World Expo-2017 is held in Astana. This year's theme is "The Energy of the Future". In the Sphere Pavilion, visitors can see an interactive exhibition titled The Museum of Energy of the Future, depicting the achievements in the realm of solar, water, wind, kinetic and other types clean energy.
At the base of the Sphere - is the National Pavilion with the Zone of Acquaintance with Kazakhstan and the Zone of Creative Energy. The Sphere Pavilion is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Every evening at 22:50 a 10-minute Light Show is held at the Sphere.
The Expo-2017 hosts thematic National Days, dedicated to the culture of participating countries, as well as parades, expositions of contemporary art and technology, concerts of Kazakh and foreign artists, including performances by Cirque du Soleil (the Reflekt Show).
Seasonal and one-day tickets can be purchased at the exhibition's website, and a a detailed schedule of events for each day is also available at the official website.
