FamilyWithKids.com named 38 Winners of the Kids-friendly Business Award 2016

On 9 March of 2017, FamilyWithKids.com announced 38 winners of the seventh annual Kids-friendly Business Award. The award recognizes companies, which have launched new, or introduced major improvement to existing kids-friendly services in the past year. Laureates of 2016 came from three countries: Finland, Ukraine, and Russia and over two dozen cities.

A Finnish company takes 2nd place at Women Startup Competition Europe

On Saturday, June 4th 2016, the third Women Startup Competition took place in Budapest, Hungary. Out of over 150 applicants from all over Europe, an online jury selected a shortlist of 12 startups led by women. After a 5-day-long intensive training in Budapest and live 2-minute pitches at Demo Day, four winners were selected by a panel of nine judges. The Finnish startup Kids Friendly Media Oy got second place in the competition with its FamilyWithKids.com project.

The second Kids Friendly World Festival takes place in Finland

Finland, May 28, 2016 - the second Kids Friendly World Festival - a free international event for families with children - took place in Finland, at the Sirius Sport Resort (municipality of Pyhtää). A dozen of kids-friendly companies from Finland and Russia participated in the festival, serving its 800 guests.

The Kids Friendly Business Award 2015 has been granted to 49 companies from Russia, Ukraine, Finland and Estonia

49 winners from four countries and more that 20 cities were announced at the sixth annual Kids Friendly Business Award ceremony, which took place on February 17th 2016, at the Sirius Sport Resort (Finland, Pyhtää).
