The Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia is located in the north-east suburb of Riga. It was opened in 1924.
There are 118 buildings from different parts of Latvia in the museum: a mill, a church, peasants houses and workshops. Excursions for groups up to 30 persons are held at the museum (it is better to book an excursion in advance).
Every August a craft fair is held at the museum.
