The Himmelhoj nature playground in Copenhagen, Denmark

The Himmelhoj nature playground is located on the territory of the Westamager nature centre on the Amager island in the South of Copenhagen.

There are 4 natural playzones in the playground:

- The Amager's Ark wooden ship with an amphitheater, a fire place, a maze and stone dolmens;

- The Fireplace, hidden in the fence made of roots;

- The Fox Lie in the alder forest;

- The Insect Forest with a giant sprout of grass where visitors can feel small.

There is a fire place in each playzone - visitors can bring coals with them or gather wood and cook food on a fire.
