Hei Hei Namaste was founded by a California native - Autumn, who is a yogi-dancer-dreamer with a passion for making yoga, dance, and movement accessible, fun, and joyful for families, children, and babies in the Helsinki area. Class capacity is 4-6 people, classes are taught in English. The following classes are available to kids and adults: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Ballet, Dynamic Hatha Yoga, YogaToddler!, YogaPlay!, School Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Flow Yoga, Mom/Baby Yoga + Massage, YogaMove!, YogaKids!.
