The Semaforo Railway Layout Museum (Kouvolan Pienoisrautatiemuseo) in Kouvola strives to collect, preserve, research and interpret the traditions and technologies of Model railways, and the History of Kouvola. The Pilke Science Centre and museum of northern forests is located in the center of Rovaniemi, right next to the Arktikum museum. The Science Centre Pilke informs the public about the northern forests and how people are connected to them in everyday life. The center has interactive exhibitions where visitors can touch and try everything, even sit behind the wheel of special forestry machinery. The center has its own souvenir shop.

The Police Museum in Tampere is located in the same building as the Police Academy. The permanent exhibition is titled "900 year-long history of Finnish Police". The museum has uniforms, weapons, equipment, transport and other police stuff, as well as 80 thousand photos, 1600 videos and 1600 books. There is also an interactive "Kids police station" at the museum. Temporary exhibitions are updated once or twice per year.

There are a lot of games and entertainments for kids of different ages in the HopLop park at Pori. Kids can attend sport groups and find a new hobby here, or just come and play with their parents. There is also a cafe with a kids menu and some dietary products on the premises of the park.

The SEA LIFE Helsinki is located in the Linnanmaki Amusement Park. Visitors can see sharks, octopus, piranhas, stingrays, tropical fish and turtles. The Museum of History and Contemporary Art in Turku invites visitor to explore the medieval history of Finland and archaeological evidences as well as works by modern Finnish artists. The SuperPark indoor activity park for the whole family opened in December 2012 in Vuokatti, under the Angry Birds brand. In November 2017 the park was renovated and started working under its own brand SuperPark. Robson's cafe offers the option to have a quick bite, drink or a full meal, and there is also a sports and souvenir shop on the premises.

Inside the park there are obstacle courses with bridges, tunnels, slides, ropes, etc., velomobiles tracks, a freestyle hall (rollerblading and BMX biking, skateboarding and rock climbing, parkour), trampolines and foam pits.

The Murulandia family theme park for rest and development opened in Helsinki in 2014. Entertainments in the park are suitable for kids from 3 months to 13 years.

The Holiday Club Saimaa 5* Spa Hotel is located right on the Saimaa lake. There are hotel rooms or cottages to choose from, all accommodation is non-smoking. The Rollohalli indoor freestyle activity hall was opened in 2014, in the same building as HopLop Rovaniemi. The park was rebuilt in 2017 and has a cafe with food and snacks, offers free parking and free WiFi.

The Megazone Laser Tag Arena is located at the Tullintori Shopping Center in Tampere. The arena holds open tournaments, team games and kids parties.
