The Semaforo Railway Layout Museum (Kouvolan Pienoisrautatiemuseo) in Kouvola strives to collect, preserve, research and interpret the traditions and technologies of Model railways, and the History of Kouvola. Visitors can see how the trains run upside down, see a model of the Ice-speed train, discover the history of railway modeling, get to be a locomotive drivers, and see how restoration work is done.

The Pilke Science Centre and museum of northern forests is located in the center of Rovaniemi, right next to the Arktikum museum. The Science Centre Pilke informs the public about the northern forests and how people are connected to them in everyday life. The center has interactive exhibitions where visitors can touch and try everything, even sit behind the wheel of special forestry machinery. The center has its own souvenir shop.
The SuperPark family activity park in Vantaa covers an area of more than 7 300 square meters. There is an obstacle course where children can get through "real" jungles, the Game Arena where they can play hockey, baseball and other games, and the Freestyle Hall for skaters in the park.
The Maritime Centre Vellamo tells about the maritime history of Finland and the history of Kotka. The exhibitions of the Maritime Museum of Finland and the Museum of Kymenlaakso are interactiveand suitable for visitors of all ages. Visitors can book excursions e.g. in Russian or Finnish (for groups up to 25 persons; booking by phone or by email).
The Flamingo Water Park in Vantaa has: a pool with rides, a sports pool 1.3 meters deep, the Wild Stream pool, a pool for diving, Jacuzzi, a paddling pool 0.3 meters deep with slides for children. The waterpark offers some rides: a 63 meters long blue slide for visitors over 10 year of age, a couple of wide family slides, and a long tube slid for children over 8. Visitors can visit the Hesburger and Maya cafe right in the park.
SuperPark Kalajoki is an indoor activity park for the whole family. The park includes several zones: Game, Adventure and Freestyle. In the Game area guests can play golf, bowling, hockey, superball; in the Adventure one they can visit the Kid's city of adventure; and the Freestyle zone includes trampolines, foam pit and the obstacle wall.
Megazone in Helsinki is an active and futuristic game that is suitable for all ages. Laser tag is played in a dimly lit, fog-filled, multi-level arena where players are provided with high tech vests and harmless laser guns. Players have to score points by deactivating other players’ vests and capturing their bases.

The Finnair Sky Wheel is located in the very enter of Helsinki, at the Kauppatori Square. The wheel runs 7 days a week and takes visitors up to 40 meters above the city of Helsinki and the gulf of Finland. Children under 2 years of age get in for free.
The Police Museum in Tampere is located in the same building as the Police Academy. The permanent exhibition is titled "900 year-long history of Finnish Police". The museum has uniforms, weapons, equipment, transport and other police stuff, as well as 80 thousand photos, 1600 videos and 1600 books. There is also an interactive "Kids police station" at the museum. Temporary exhibitions are updated once or twice per year.
There are a lot of games and entertainments for kids of different ages in the HopLop park at Pori. Kids can attend sport groups and find a new hobby here, or just come and play with their parents. There is also a cafe with a kids menu and some dietary products on the premises of the park.
Kids birthday parties can be held at the park. Adults and children under 1 year do not need to pay for the entrance.
Visitors of the HopLop adventure park in Rovaniemi can try themselves in climbing, bouncing and different sports games. There is a cafe in the park, where traditional and dietary dishes are served for kids and adults. Those who want to hold a birthday party in the park can book it online.
Bank cards are accepted. There is mo admission fee for supervising adults and kids under 1 year.
The Helsinki City Museum is situated at the cultural centre Korjaamo.
The Tietomaa interactive museum is located not far from Oulu city centre. The permanent exposition shows more than 150 interactive objects which demonstrate physical and chemical laws.
The SEA LIFE Helsinki is located in the Linnanmaki Amusement Park. Visitors can see sharks, octopus, piranhas, stingrays, tropical fish and turtles. There is a souvenir shop and a cafe, the Aquarium is open all year round (except on December 24-25), please check the working hours on the official website. Admission is free for kids under 3 years of age and it is possible to hold a kid's birthday party at the Aquarium.
The Museum of History and Contemporary Art in Turku invites visitor to explore the medieval history of Finland and archaeological evidences as well as works by modern Finnish artists. It is also possible to hold a birthday party in the format of a historical excursion-quest at the museum. Please check the working hours on the official website. Group tours of the museum in English are available daily, from the end of June until the end of August, at 11:30.
The SuperPark indoor activity park for the whole family opened in December 2012 in Vuokatti, under the Angry Birds brand. In November 2017 the park was renovated and started working under its own brand SuperPark. Robson's cafe offers the option to have a quick bite, drink or a full meal, and there is also a sports and souvenir shop on the premises.
Inside the park there are obstacle courses with bridges, tunnels, slides, ropes, etc., velomobiles tracks, a freestyle hall (rollerblading and BMX biking, skateboarding and rock climbing, parkour), trampolines and foam pits.
The Murulandia family theme park for rest and development opened in Helsinki in 2014. Entertainments in the park are suitable for kids from 3 months to 13 years.
Visitors of the park enter the "fairy world" where they can learn a lot about Finland, it's traditions and culture.
For the babies who are just starting to explore the world and movement there are special toys and equipment that help to get better in sitting, staying, crawling and walking.
The Holiday Club Saimaa 5* Spa Hotel is located right on the Saimaa lake. There are hotel rooms or cottages to choose from, all accommodation is non-smoking. The hotel has an ice skating rink, a bowling ally, a waterpark, and a golf club. In the center of the Cirque de Saimaa aqua zone (water park) there is a multi-colored fountain (the color comes from bright colored backlights), there is also a pool with slides and a pool for diving.
SuperCorner Mikkeli is an entertainment centre for the whole family, one of the Finnish SuperParks. It offers dynamic activities and games for kids and grown ups all the year round.
The Rollohalli indoor freestyle activity hall was opened in 2014, in the same building as HopLop Rovaniemi. The park was rebuilt in 2017 and has a cafe with food and snacks, offers free parking and free WiFi.
The Megazone Laser Tag Arena is located at the Tullintori Shopping Center in Tampere. The arena holds open tournaments, team games and kids parties. Team games can be booked online and anyone can join the open games, which are held according to a schedule. The arena can can welcome from 4 to 30 people in one game.
