ARTech: Adventures In Art + Technology is a pop-up activity center with STEAM-based experiential workshops, installations, and interactive moments for kids aged 4and older and their parents that takes place at the Meatpacking Business Improvement District (BID) in Manhattan from March 1 until April 29, 2017.
ARTech is designed to inspire young minds to explore and seeks to facilitate experiential learning. The center has the following zones: Build It, Exploring Velocity, GIF Making Station, Ball Pool, Star Lab, Access: Artists + Scientists, Workshop Area, Post It Art Installation.
The center is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 15:00 to 19:00 and, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 until 17:00, hours may vary. Each attendee is allowed 1 hour within the space to engage with the various stations. A 15 minute warning announcement will be announced before leaving the space.
There is an area to park strollers on the first floor. Strollers will not be allowed on the mezzanine. ARTech does not have a locked storage for additional personal items.
